Our largest PRS transaction is the acquisition of a portfolio of 4 assets from YIT - including 1,100 units across 2 multifamily residential assets and 2 Serviced Living assets in co-living format. This is a forward transaction, assets are currently under construction and the first asset, ~100 residential apartments located in Sluzewiec, Warsaw, will be operational in November 2022. Several other transactions are in the pipeline (not yet announced) and will increase our presence in Polish PRS
Future pland
In the Polish PRS market NREP aims to build a portfolio of 10,000 units. This portfolio will include both regular residential multifamily buildings as well as Serviced Living assets. Our aspiration is to become the leading serviced living operator in the Polish PRS market, introducing innovative concepts, including co-living format.
