Griffin Capital Partners

Griffin, being the most active and innovative investor in the region, together with its partners has introduced the first Polan’s residential-for-rent platform – Resi4Rent, which in 2021 was the largest private company offering subscription-based apartments in Poland, with 6,000 units being designed, 4 new investments delivered to customers, 2,300 apartments offered and an occupancy rate of 99%. The company has been first PBSA provider in the market and operates from 2014 in 6 major Polish cities offering 2400 beds. Student Depot has performed well in case of difficult market conditions like in case of covid achieving full occupancy. Up to 46% of tenants prolong the tenancy with Student Depot for the following academic year proving that the offer has high value to money quality. Up to 40% of tenants are coming from recomendations strongly indicating that clients are satisfied with their stay and prefer to live with in such international community. In only 1,5 year VD was able to build a substantial land bank, which allows to reach the goal of creating thousands flats for rent by the end of 2028, The company created a product with contemporary interior design and outstanding functionality. Having ESG in mind, VD team prepared a new standard for buildings for rent: PV panels, energy efficient LED lighting, storage tanks, water purification filters and environmentally friendly home appliances in units. VD has an open communication policy with clients of different nationalities.
