In only 1,5 year VD was able to build a substantial land bank, which allows to reach the goal of creating thousands flats for rent by the end of 2028, The company created a product with contemporary interior design and outstanding functionality. Having ESG in mind, VD team prepared a new standard for buildings for rent: PV panels, energy efficient LED lighting, storage tanks, water purification filters and environmentally friendly home appliances in units. VD has an open communication policy with clients of different nationalities. Contact with advisors, rental agreements, financial verification (by Simpl.rent platform) are conducted in Polish, English and Ukrainian. Quality wise, the rental projects don’t differ from the sales investments and are located in attractive parts of the cities. The long term rental agreement gives tenants a sense of security, supports social mobility and fulfills housing needs on an expected level by clients, that can’t afford buying their own flat.

Vantage Development is a real estate company based in Wroclaw, active in the Polish residential market for over 15 years. In this period it successfully completed 17 projects in 38 stages of investment (sales up to 6 000 units). VD is a modern company, which only in the last 2 years completely transformed its core business from sales to renting apartments under the brand “Vantage Rent”. Now it’s an important player in a growing PRS market.

Future pland
By the end of 2022 the Vantage Rent portfolio will consist over 1 600 units in 3 cities: Wroclaw, Poznan and Lodz. Right now over 4 000 new apartments are under construction, which shows the dynamic of Vantage Development operations. In the next few years, thousands Vantage Rent apartments will be available for rent in 5 different local markets. The company’s goal is to create a modern network of apartments in desirable locations, efficiently managed and environmental friendly.
