• Responding to the growing demand for modern logistics space in Western Slovakia, Mountpark is developing 155,142 sqm at Mountpark Sered. Located close to the R1 and D1 highways, the park offers easy access to Slovakia’s commercial centres and rapid connections to the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and the Balkans. • Mountpark began work on Building E, which provides 25,763 sqm, as an inventory development. Shortly after completion, it let 18,542 sqm to Samsung and a 7,018 sqm to Gate. Both companies are expanding their logistics operations across Central Europe, creating new jobs for local people. • Building E has been designed to a high quality specification with a 12 metre clear height, 70KN/M2 floor loading, 6.5% natural light in dock area and a 50 metre secure service yard. • The building has achieved BREEAM ‘very good’ certification and has plenty of amenities for employees, including: green relaxation zones, e-car charging, bike storage and an attractive working environment.
