In PRS Griffin is developing two investment platforms:
• Resi4Rent - with 2,300 units in operation, 1,600 units under construction, and approximately 3,100 apartments at advanced permitting stage.
• LifeSpot - currently operating 450 units in Warsaw and Gdynia, with further 1,300 units under construction and 2,400 units in permitting stage.

Properties sold between October 2020 and June 2022
In 2021 Resi4Rent introduced nearly 1,100 units to the market, making in total 2,300 units in such locations as Gdańsk, Łódź, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław, which was an almost 100% increase compared to the previous year.
From the start of its operation till June'22 Life Spot completed ca. 450 units.

Future pland
Across the two platforms that Griffin is developing in the PRS segment: Resi4Rent and LifeSpot it is planned to achieve the number of 20,000 units under management within 3-4 years.
Being an active investor, the company is also analysing other possible investments in the sector.
