During the period of 2020 - 2022 Erik led the company to increase its turnover and profit margins, 2021 being the best year yet for the company. The Project & Development Consultancy Department was established in May 2021. We started with a team of three and by June 2022 we have grown to 15 full time staff and increased our service offer to include for ESG Advisory including Phase I & II Environmental DD, ESG DD/Advisory, Remediation advisory. All this was achieved during the period of Covid-19 and subsequent conflict in the Ukraine One of the main projects that we are proud of is the refurbishment of the Senatorska 18 Office Building including the fit-out of 12500m2 of Generali Insurance Office Space. When we took over from the incumbent Project Manger the project was 5 months in delay and the estimated budget was significantly above the clients budget. Working closely with the clients PM our Project Management team were able to reduce the project budget and bring it back on time. We are also proud to have supported our colleagues of UKRSIBBANK in finding accommodation in Poland working closely with PRS companies.
