Piotr leads a team of professionals who have demonstrated resiliency, unrivalled professionalism and management skills, who have worked on some of the market’s most significant projects. His team: assisted Primark in its entry into the Polish retail market; advised mBank and Allegro on the largest office transactions; represented TJX Europe (TK Maxx) in its acquisition of the largest distribution center in continental Europe; represented Accor in its acquisition of a building in Wrocław for the Mövenpick brand. During his work for C&W, Piotr led development consultancy and space leasing in over 60 prominent retail properties in Poland and investment transactions in excess of EUR 1 bn.
Newmark Polska is the culmination of his professional experience. The company started operations in January 2022 and established its market position extremely well. In H1 2022 it represented tenants in the lease of approx. 150,000 sqm of commercial space.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
Member of RICS and PINK. Piotr redefined real estate advisory services in Poland by bringing in the concept of exclusive tenant representation. He also led development consultancy and space leasing in over 60 prominent retail properties in Poland (including: Galeria Mokotów Warsaw, Złote Tarasy Warsaw, Stary Browar Poznań, Wola Park Warsaw, Reduta and Targówek Warsaw, IKEA Bielany Wrocławskie Wrocław, Promenada Shopping Centre Warsaw, Klif Warsaw, Klif Gdynia, Galeria Kazimierz Kraków, Galeria Katowicka Katowice, Forum Gliwice, Galeria Malta Poznań, IKEA Port Łódź, IKEA retail park Poznań, Gdańsk and Katowice, Millenium Hall Rzeszów, Arkady Wrocławskie Wrocław, Atrium Felicity Lublin).

Piotr received many top industry awards including the Best Retail Agent of the Year and CEE Retail & Leisure Agency Firm of the Year. In September 2018 his company was awarded the Real Estate Market Debut of the Year by Warsaw Business Journal. In September 2019 he won a special award of Prime Property Prize 2019 during the Property Forum 2019. In November 2021 his firm won two awards – Best Office Tenant Transaction of the Year and Best International Investment Advisory & Real Estate Agency of the Year – during the CIJ Gala, which was organised by CIJ EUROPE.
