Marek Dobrzycki has been Managing Director since 2014, promoted from the Senior Development manager which role he held for four years. He began work at Panattoni in 2007.

Marek Dobrzycki brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. He focuses on the identification of new build-to-suit development projects and strategic land bank positions to build the development pipeline for the future. The occupiers of build-to-suit projects worldwide account for a vast range of companies from different sectors, such as Amazon, Castorama, DHL, H&M or FedEx. These types of projects range from logistics to data centres, manufacturing plants and showrooms. Within Marek's department there is an in-house structure that covers the full build-to-suit life cycle from planning to development.

Within the last couple of your the company grew massively and Marek's department as one of the biggest structures. The rise in demand during covid pandemic required a handful of regional teams to serve the ecommerce drive. The department counts Up to 100 employees in 8 offices in Poland.

Marek has been the Managing Partner of Panattoni Development Dep in Poland since November 2014. He is responsible for the expansion of business activities focused on the development and management of industrial and logistics real estate.

Marek has continued to build on his reputation for the delivery of major development projects in Poland while continuing to grow the business. In H1.2022 the Polish team signed contracts for 1.3 million sqm of space only in Poland, which translates into a 35% share of the market in new deals. 2021 was a record year with 3.2 million sqm in 294 transactions with clients. Marek contracted enormous deals such as 150,000 sqm for LPP, 80,000 sqm for ID Logistics, 50,000 for Carrefour or 82,000 for Amazon. Panattoni is by far the biggest developer for the Amazon demand in Poland - 10 projects executed in different regions of Poland by Marek and his team. The list of deals include many more outstanding developments including big box , city projects or manufacturing plants. Last year clients include FM Logistics , DeLaval, H+K,ESA/Bridgestone, Corning,
Arvato, InPost, Zalando, CONSA , Zymetrik ,CHEP, JAS-FBG S.A. ,Alpha Spirit ,Svendsen Sport ,DPD and many more.

In Poland as the headoffice country for whole Europe, the Go Earthwise strategy was laid for implementing Breeam excellent projects as a standard. Uptill now Panattoni has developed the most sustainable-accredited industrial space across Europe – more than 6.5 mln sqm of BREEAM-accredited space delivered to ‘very good’ or higher standard, with a further 5 mln sqm in the pipeline.
