DL PIANO Katowice Roździeńskiego is a project carried out in the form of a mixed use campus, combining the office and service functions, the aim of which is to provide not only comfortable workplaces within the highest quality of space, but also to create spaces that respond to the needs of everyday life of office space employees and their families The main assumption of this project is therefore to enable employers to develop employee structures in a perfectly communicated building, which is no longer just a place to work but also to live, which is not insignificant in the very demanding labour market today.
Thanks to the extensive accompanying infrastructure, which especially consists of an interchange centre ensuring direct communication of the property with the PKP/PKS station and space for the future expansion of the campus, the Landlord ensures unrestricted expansion of Tenants within one location and an exceptionally large number of parking spaces.
