Biography
Maciej has more than 20 years’ experience in retail real estate operations in Poland. He is a co-founder, a board member and the Managing Director of Mayland Real Estate since 2012. He has notably been responsible for leasing, property management, legal and financial matters. Mr Kiełbicki actively participated in several significant transactions on the Polish real estate market, among them supervision of the process of sales of 15 retail galleries in 2003, control of the process of sales of Géant's and Leader Price's assets in 2006; delivery and sales of Jantar, Karolinka and Pogoria shopping centres between 2008-2010, Riviera Centre in 2013 and delivery of Serenada Centre in Cracow.
