The company activities in environmental protection
CFE is taking several activities regarding environmental protection, eg.: construction waste recycling and reuse of materials from demolitions, implementation on sites the “Greenbook”– good ESG practice standards, reducing CO2 emissions by increasing usage of electricity from renewable sources, setting installations to collect and reuse rainwater on sites, optimising designs of the buildings to reuse ground from earthworks on the plot, promoting renovation of old buildings with CFE PULS service.
The company activities in social responsibility
Through the Heroes for Good foundation, CFE helps people with disabilities. We organize the “Rajd Gorących Serc” charity event, invest in the future by sponsoring scholarships for young scientists in the “Roots of the Future” program, and promote a healthy lifestyle among our employees via the CFE Active Challenge. CFE supports women through the CFE Women program, which includes annual trainings, a women's run, and participation in Top Woman in Real Estate.
The company activities in the corporate governance issue
CFE analysed its influence on different ESG aspects and defined its own ESG Strategy with a shift towards sustainability performance, with return of value for all engaged parties and local communities. Based on that CFE implemented policies regarding EHS, Data privacy, Ethical Code of Conduct and Human Rights, and a training program about them, promoting a culture of zero accidents and environmental incidents, continuous improvement, openness, ethical and equal treatment across the organization.
