Artur specializes in Tenant Representation services in the office sector, especially in pre-let agreements and long-term renewal transactions. Within the framework of Cresa’s integrated approach to service delivery, Artur supports tenants in negotiations of legal, technical and financial matters, and provides architectural, design and workplace solutions, space analysis and HR consultancy.
He runs a business with no risk of conflicts of interest. Cresa does not represent any developers or investment funds in either space commercialization or property management.

Artur has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined Cresa Poland in September 2017 as Partner and Head of the Office Department. He worked nearly thirteen years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for advising tenants looking for modern office space. In November 2015 he was appointed Director of the Tenant Representation Department at Knight Frank Poland. His areas of specialization include pre-let agreements and long-term renewal transactions. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University Faculty of Management and completed his postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics; he has a real estate agent’s licence.
