With over 20 years of professional track record in commercial and residential real estate, Miroslav is a seasoned executive with experience in advising corporate clients and private individuals on investment, valuation, leasing, negotiations, construction, and facility management of commercial properties in the CEE region. Miroslav has led major transactions exceeding €1 billion.

The core team consists of only about 5 members where each of them is a professional and is able to achieve the task very flexibly. We work not only in Poland, but also the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During the last year, we have acquired the logistical park Panattoni Park Rzeszów North (now ARETE Park Rzeszów North) and ARETE Park Zgorzelec-Görlitz. Both properties were specifically chosen to fit into the portfolio and to play a major role in diversifying.
