advised STRABAG Real Estate on the sale of real estates in Szczecin and Łódź; advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of a large site for logistics development site located in Silesia; advised Moneguard 9 Sp. z o.o. in a transaction involving the establishment of a joint venture with Zachodnia Korporacja Finansowa Sp z o.o. to develop a real estate project in Kolobrzeg. The planned investment is to consist of the construction of spa treatment buildings. Advised a company controlled by Adventum Group on the signing of sale agreement to the acquisition of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, for nearly €70 million. Advised BUMA Group on the acquisition of the Park Club building in Krakow from Prestige Property Group. Advised MJM 11 Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow in the acquisition of a historic tenement located in Krakow at Wenecja Str. Advised a fund managed by FORUM TFI S.A. - based in Krakow, in the acquisition of apartments in a residential building.
