Information about the transaction
At the time of the transaction, Bouygues Immobilier Polska held approximately 2,800 residential units on land secured by preliminary agreements, as well as 1,300 units under development and in preparation. The projects are located in Warsaw – the largest and most attractive residential market in Poland, which still offers strong growth potential (approx. 71% of the total usable area of apartments), Poznań (13%), and Wrocław (16%). The projects under construction include, among others: Viva Cité, Lumea, and Neo Praga in Warsaw, Vivre in Wrocław, and Vilda Arte in Poznań.

Bouygues Immobilier, a société anonyme, and SAS Reine Participations, a société par actions simplifiée, both registered in France. Bouygues Immobilier, part of the Bouygues Group, is a leading French developer active in residential, office, and mixed-use projects. In Poland since 2001, it has delivered over 9,500 units. SAS Reine Participations acts as the group’s real estate holding entity.
