Warsaw Spire is a unique office complex emerging in the center of Warsaw, near the main communication hub in which all main arteries are crossing, including second line of metro. The project, constructed according to BREEAM eco certificate requirements, will comprise of 220 m tower and two 55 m side buildings. It will deliver approx. 100 000 sqm of very modern office space with over 1 200 underground parking places. Warsaw Spire is distinguished not only by its outstanding architecture and advanced technical solutions, it also shows new approach to urban space arrangement. The vast internal patio, accessible for all Warsaw inhabitants, will become new meeting place of capital. It will be filled with greenery, elements of small architecture, fountains and ground floors of lower buildings will host restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, services. Location of the complex guarantees easy access all necessary business amenities such as: 5 star hotels, conference centers, banks.
