Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact. :	In 2012 Ghelamco signed the largest lease agreement on the Polish real estate market. Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC) leased 27,000 sqm in the Marynarska 12 office building. The complex will offer a total of 40,000 sqm of office space. Marynarska 12 is a business park emerging within Warsaw’s most rapidly developing business district. PTC will move into the building in 2013. This year has been a very successful one for Ghelamco so far, leasing over 55,000 sqm – at present the best score on the Polish real estate market and also a company record. Ghelamco’s long-term strategy ensures its established position on the commercial estate market in Poland. During the next 4–5 years, the developer intends to deliver another 300,000 sqm of a high-class office space, 160,000 sqm of which is already been under construction.
