Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact. :	The Capital Park Group successfully placed on the Polish market a public bond issue valued at EUR 24 mln (PLN 100 mln). Demand significantly exceeded the number of bonds on offer, resulting in an 80 pct reduction of orders placed by investors. All subscriptions were placed by Polish institutional and individual investors. Capital Park will use at least 60 pct of the proceeds to finance the Eurocentrum Office Complex project, one of the largest sustainable, eco-friendly office buildings currently under construction in Poland, while the balance of the proceeds will be used to finance other projects in the group’s portfolio on the promising Polish property market. The bonds issued by the Capital Park Group were floated on the Catalyst market on August 31st 2012. Accordingly, Capital Park became the 141st issuer on the Catalyst market, and the 104th issuer of corporate debt instruments listed on that market.
