Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact. :	Over this year, the investor has received a legally binding building permit, selected the general contractor for the project, obtained funding, and launched the reconstruction and revitalisation of Hala Koszyki. Worth about EUR 81 mln, the investment started this September, and will be handed over in the second half of 2016. The project will be financed by BGK by means of a commercial loan, revolving credit, and JESSICA loan. This is the first project in the Mazovia region within the framework of the ‘Polish Investments’ Programme, co funded with the resources from the JESSICA initiative.The project involves preserving and refurbishing two existing gate annexes, the historic gate, and the administrative building, along with reconstructing the Hala’s main building. In addition, in the area surrounding the hall, three A class office buildings will be erected. The property will provide 21,000 m2 of office, service, and retail space.
