Description of the position:	As Country CEO Stanislav Frnka is responsible for overall business management and development of the Polish branch of HB Reavis Group. He currently oversees all the company’s operations including 132 000 sqm of office space delivered, over 120 000 sqm under construction and a team of over 100.
Work experience in this position:	Stanislav created the Polish branch of HB Reavis Group from scratch. Starting from nothing in 2008 he managed to build in less than 6 years a reputable company that has become one of the most active and successful developers operating on the demanding commercial real estate market in Warsaw.
Description of business activity (profile, market sectors served, etc.):	Being the Country CEO Stanislav oversees the company’s successful operation on the Warsaw office market that continues to be one of the fastest developing in CEE. Previously, as an Acquisition Manager at HB Reavis Group he coordinated the purchase of sites for office, shopping and logistics schemes.
Size of the company managed by the candidate (headcount, regions of activity):	Stanislav supervises HB Reavis team in Poland which has grown from 1 employee in 2008 to over 100 professionals in 2015.
The y-o-y increase in profits/income generated last year:	In 2014 the operating profit of the entire HB Reavis Group amounted to EUR 132,6 million. Last year HB Reavis Poland generated about 50% of the Group’s profit before tax.
Career path (Previous employers, professional progress, when was the candidate promoted to the current position, etc.):	Stanislav joined HB Reavis in 2006 as an Acquisition Manager. He was promoted to Country CEO in 2011. Before moving into the real estate he worked at Benefit Finance, a Slovak consulting firm specializing in M&A activity, where he was responsible for selling off non-performing loans of the Slovak Consolidation Agency (€1bn) and the National Property Fund of the Slovak Republic (€360m).
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year:	In course of the last 12 months HB Reavis Poland has not only delivered Postępu 14 and launched the construction of GBC II and West Station (over 155,000 sqm in total), but also secured 27 new clients which took up nearly 66,000 sqm of office space across its 4 schemes. Lease agreements signed by HB Reavis represented almost 20% of all new lease contracts signed in Warsaw in H1 2015. Moreover, the company was involved in 2 out of the 4 largest lease transactions recently recorded in Warsaw.

Other industry awards and prizes:	During the last 12 months HB Reavis has been one of the most often awarded developers in Poland, winning the ‘Best Investor of the Year’ by FDI Poland, ‘Office Developer of the Year’ by Eurobuild and ‘Developer of the Year’ by CEEQA. Moreover, Gdański Business Center was recognized as the ‘Office Investment of the Year’ in Prime Property Prize and ‘Office Development of the Year’ at CIJ Awards.
