M Park Świdnik's strategy was based on the creation of a new place on the local shopping map, which would attract customers thanks to the offer of tenants previously absent in the city. Hence, the great commercial success of the new retail park was the fact that 50% of its offer were completely new brands in Świdnik.

Concise project description with its key market advantages
M Park Świdnik is the first retail park in Świdnik (so far only smaller shopping malls have operated in the city), with a wide retail offer and as much as 50% of tenants - which debuted in the city with their brands. What's more, the park was built in a new part of the city, near the airport, where a number of residential investments are currently underway, and the commercial offer was very limited. A large, spacious car park, many places for the disabled, allow for convenient shopping. The facility is friendly for cyclists (a special bicycle parking lot). A separate delivery zone ensures the safety of customers. Garbage bins enclosed in gazebos ensure the aesthetics of the surroundings. The investor focuses on cleanliness, care and comfort of shopping for its customers and their children. In the public toilet there is a toilet with a changing table.
