Future plans
Our strategy as the leading office investor in the CEE region remains unchanged. We manage the largest office portfolio in Poland and we care about developing communities among our tenants, while we are looking for new investment opportunities. Of course, we have to adapt to meet the challenges of the current situation, which is still dominated by the economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

Why the company deserves the award (in a paragraph you can describe the specific achievements of the company)
We are proud that Globalworth boasts a wide portfolio of loyal tenants. In Poland we summed up the first half of the 2020 when it comes to leasing space in our office buildings in Poland. We have leased almost 50,000 sq m. and during the pandemic, i.e. in Q2, we signed contracts for over 28,000 sq m. This is the result of the work of the entire team of our company, the aim of which was to make tenants in our buildings feel good and safe. Therefore, also in these difficult times marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, we can boast of great trust on the part of tenants who extend lease agreements and often also increase the rented space.
When it comes to the future we have several scenarios prepared, the implementation of which will depend on the development of the situation.
