Tom Listowski built the department and significantly expanded the industrial business in Poland. During the period from Oct 2019–Sept 2020 Tom executed several significant industrial transactions for international clients such as PEPCO or Kellogg’s and was also successful in securing a major tenant representation mandate for a Fortune 100 company who will open a mega distribution and fulfillment centre in Poland, with delivery planned in mid-2022, creating 2,500 new workplaces.

We represented many large companies in various locations in Poland. We were also successful in securing a major tenant representation mandate for a Fortune 100 company who will open a major fulfillment centre in Poland in 2022. Our ambition is to be the dominant firm in the industrial and warehouse space arena, representing occupiers and supporting their plans in all aspects relating to the acquisition of a new production and warehouse facility.
