Agnieszka Nowak – Managing Director and Łukasz Mazurczak - Managing Director

Agnieszka Nowak and Łukasz Mazurczak have been appointed as managing directors in September. Since then they have been combining new responsibilities with their existing positions in the company’s structure. Agnieszka & Łukasz head the retail management and the office, industrial and logistics property management teams, respectively. Their strategic goal, apart from business development and relations with Polish clients, is to prepare MVGM for expansion and development in the residential market

MVGM achievements between October 2019 and September 2020:
• After finalizing acquisition of JLL’s PM services all employees decided to relocate to and all key clients renewed cooperation with MGVM.
• Extension of PM agreement with IMMOFINANZ for 12 properties comprising 23 buildings.
• Taking over the management of 4 new office instructions - Prosta Tower, Metropoint, Forum 76, City One - the last two during national lockdown.
• Changing the organization of building services during the COVID-19 - OPEX savings of ab. 15-25% YTD SEP 2020.
• Implementing procedures for dealing with the case of COVID-19 infection in the building, based on MVGM’s European experience development of the "COVID-19 Playbook" with set of tailor-made rules for particular locations.
• End-to-end cooperation with retail and office clients, including preparation of shopping centers to operate in sanitary conditions, negotiations with retail tenants (192 annexes signed), effective communication with clients on the COVID-19 regulations, sharing MVGM reports with a summary of the situation in countries where PM services are provided by MVGM.
• Performing the expertise for tenants on the correctness of service chargé settlements in buildings not managed by MVGM
• Helping purchasing 3D printers for FORTIOR - Fundacja dla Wielu which supports medical staff during the pandemic.
