This is the third construction for this client in Kutno. The first building was designed for manufacturing and warehousing, while the newest one serves as a warehouse. The new facility will make possible to optimise the logistics, packaging and storing Pringles chips. Located in Special Economic Zone, with a direct access to the S92 express road and the A1 motorway. Warehouse space: 26,565 sqm, Office & staff space: 476 sqm
Epoxy flooring, Humidity control – 50%, Daylighting: hall daylighting up to 12.5% in the form of arcade roof lights, Ventilation: in the production section there are 2 air exchanges per hour – which is five times more than a standard warehouse. Floor load capacity: 5T
