Thomas Kurzmann is GTC’s CEO since 2014, re-appointed by the Supervisory Board of GTC for a new 3-year term in May 2017. During his presidency, GTC became the first Polish inward listed company on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). GTC acquired a number of land plots over the last decade including: GTC White House, The Twist, Center Pont 3, City Rose Park, Matrix A, B and F, Advance Business Center I and II, Pillar, GTC X – with total GLA of 300, 000 sq m.

GTC puts special emphasis on facilitating the emergence of new communities on its developments. Building along these principles in design, simple buildings turn into spaces where health and productivity are priorities and the community inhabiting the space plays an outstanding role. GTC’s philosophy is to create comfortable yet functional spaces for conscious tenants. Buildings are tailored to the tenants’ needs, ranging from environmentally conscious green solutions to electric vehicle charging facilities, restaurants, planned in-house day care facilities for children, and other recreation services. Following market trends and tenants’ expectations in the field of ecology, GTC invests in the ecological design and sustainable technological solutions. Company’s ambition is to have all assets in Poland eco-certified. Only in 2019, GTC’s 7 office buildings gained BREEAM certificate. Last year LEED Platinum certificate was granted for GTC White House project in Budapest.
