Marek Grodek joined Hogan Lovells in 2018. With over 25 years’ experience, he specializes in commercial property development and property finance, advises financial institutions and investment funds on property schemes, and industrial employers on EPC FIDIC contracts.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2018 and September 2019
• Advising Och Ziff Management Europe Limited in connection with the sale of a logistic portfolio, developed in cooperation with Panattoni, to a real estate investment fund. (value over EUR 190 million).
• Advising Och-Ziff Real Estate on the EUR 86 million sale of its portfolio of five warehouses located in Poland to Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate.
• Advising Prologis, Inc on the multi jurisdiction transaction of sale of logistic portfolios to a leading Asian property company. The transaction involved ca. 20 logistic centers in Poland.
• Advising Cinema 3D S.A. on the sale of its portfolio of sites in Poland to Vue International - the largest transaction of this type in Central and Eastern Europe in 2018.
• Advising ISOC Group on the acquisition of C and D buildings of “Silesia Business Park” from Skanska.
• Advising ISOC Group on the acquisition of four class A office buildings of Business Garden Wrocław I from Vastint Polska.
Participation in development projects between October 2018 and September 2019
• Advising international investors on the forward funding sale of a top class office and hotel development in Łódź at Piotrkowska street. This is the first transaction of this type on the Polish market, consisting of sale of on-going office and hotel investment with post-closing completion of the investment by the Seller.
• Advising the Polish Investment Real Estate Fund II on the development of 150 ha residential, logistic and office Project located in the outskirts of Warsaw.
• Advising Newmarket LLC on the construction and development of student hostels / dormitories in Silesia, Poland.
