Project Keystone for Revetas Capital - managed and supervised by the Warsaw office of DLA Piper, a cross-border acquisition of the entire portfolio of assets and the operating companies belonging to TriGranit, one of the largest real estate platforms in Central Europe, with a focus on retail and Class “A” office buildings. The portfolio worth EUR270 million-confidential consists of several assets as well as a land bank, located in Poland, Slovakia, Croatia and Hungary.
Metro Properties' sale and lease back of five fully leased stores in Poland with an estimated value exceeding EUR130 million.
Acting for Zeus Capital Management on the purchase of the Graffit office building in Warsaw worth of EUR48 million.
Advising Elite Partners Capital, the Singapore investor in their first investment in Poland worth of EUR 30 million on negotiation development management agreement with Panattoni Europe and acquisition of the real property with an entire area of ca 93,000 sq.m. located in PL.

Advising Santander Bank Polska, Landesbank Hessen- Thiringen Girozentrale, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki, Unicredit and HB Reavis Poland on the financing of Varso Place - the biggest ever construction loan on the Polish real estate market. Value: EUR350 million.
Advising Marriott Group on their expansion into several Polish cities (Lublin, Katowice and Poznań) to operate hotels under one of the Marriott brands.
WeWork - we supported the client's expansion into the Polish market (the Mennica building, the Cedet Building, Browary Warszawskie, Raffles Europejski Hotel and Central Point building).
Advising PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender on a EUR50 mln construction/investment loan for the development of an Amazon distribution centre in Pawlikowice near Łódź.
Advising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki and PZU on the financing of a portfolio of resi-for-rent projects by Griffin Real Estate. This is the first transaction of this type in Poland with its worth of over EUR57.7 million.
