New Office Building of the Year, Poland
Business Garden is situated on Legnicka Street, in the vicinity of the Magnolia shopping centre and Mikołajów train station. The first phase of the investment was commissioned in 2017 and the second one is currently being implemented. The first 3 out of 6 buildings of this stage received an occupancy permit in July 2019. Ultimately, the project will consist of 9 buildings, offering a total of 117,000 m2 of modern office space. In addition to office, Business Garden will feature a number of auxiliary functions, e.g. a canteen, medical clinic and kindergarten. The space between the buildings is occupied by the planned garden, in which relaxation and working zones with Wi-Fi will be created. The attractiveness of the project is enhanced by the presence of a restaurant pavilion located centrally in the vast garden. Business Garden is equipped with an intelligent building management system, water-energy saving systems, cycling infrastructure. The certificate LEED Platinum is anticipated.
