The office portfolio includes A-class modern office buildings, both in Warsaw and regions (Wroclaw, Cracow, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań), from large offices to boutique ones, from the newly delivered to the market (for example SKANSKA portfolio, SPARK C&B) to known for longer like FOCUS or IBC and T-Mobile. We were first to run set-up and manage the first Well-certified building for SKANSKA SPARK C.

We won the largest single property management mandate in history: Logicor’s industrial property portfolio totaling over 1.73 million sqm in 36 properties across Poland, 4 properties in Romania, 8 properties in Hungary, 1 property in Czech Republic and 1 property in Slovakia -> it's the largest portfolio taken over by Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services in Poland and probably in CEE region in history and definitely one of the biggest ever taken over by any external PM services company in this part of Europe. Cushman & Wakefield manages and takes care of set-up of every office building SKANSKA develops, working hand-in-hand to deliver exceptional buildings, implement innovative solutions and gain together experience that helps buildings evolve. With a portfolio under management comprising between Oct 2018 & Sep 2019 over 130 properties and ca. 3.4 million sqm GLA we lead our peers in Poland – We have the largest PM portfolio in the company’s history.
