Description of the entry into the Polish market Following the growth of the management and advisory team Adventum is expanding its geographical focus and investor base with CEE (mainly Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary) being the primal scope of investments.
Hence the acquisition of the 18.000 sqm landmark and multi-award-winning office building Poznan Financial Center (leased to tenants such as Santander Bank, Medicover and Sonalake) and the 10.000 sqm Renaissance Plaza in Warsaw (fully leased to Orange Polska S.A.).
The origins of the company and how it started out Adventum Ltd. has specialized in investment funds’ management since 1999. The performance of Adventum and the level of service provided derives from its colleagues’ and partners’ professional experience gained over the many years spent in the investment sector. The Management uses this extensive experience to implement investments in and through its funds primarily in the Hungarian and CEE real estate market.
