Grzegorz has over 16 years of experience in the building services field. During this time, he has worked as an office director, a project manager, a designer, a site engineer and a director of operations. At WSP he is responsible for all operations in SMEP, Environmental and Sustainability sector. He works closely with our major clients to deliver the best services. He is focused on WSP's further expansion into industry sector.

We are providing consultancy on the innovative WELL standard and certification. This is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being. We are also providing Energy Efficiency audits according to Energy Efficiency Directive of the European Commission and energy modelling analyses that improve design process and energy efficiency.

As one of the few companies in Poland we are able to assist our clients with such broad range of environmental and sustainability services: from environmental audits, permitting, remediation and Health and Safety through sustainable buildings’ design consulting and certification (BREEAM, LEED and WELL) to advice on energy efficiency (including 3D energy modelling). Our team comprising environmental experts, geologists, hydrogeologists, ecologist, BREEAM assessors, LEED APs, WELL AP and energy efficiency experts completes annually around 50 environmental and 20 sustainability projects. In we were especially proud to assist Yareal Polska with BREEAM Interim certification of Nowogrodzka Square, which won PLGBC Award for the best built certified green building this year. As the first practice globally, we have also launched “Future-Ready” program, including future trends in our advice to clients to help them plan for the long term.
