Daniel Czarnecki joined Savills in 2015 from EY. Daniel has been promoted to Head of Landlord Representation thanks to the outstanding contribution he made to successful commercialisation of our exclusive office buildings.

Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation is one of the top real estate professionals. He is widely known from his innovative approach and ability to forecast market trends, being a key opinion leader in Poland in the field of flexible spaces. In Savills since 2012.

In 2017, our Office Agency advised on lease transactions totalling more than 90,000 sq m, the best performance in the history of the firm’s operation in Poland, and reached no 1. position in Warsaw among all landlord representation teams.

During the last 12 months we maintained the position of one of the leading office agencies in Poland. We strengthened our structures in regions with Rafał Oprocha (Head of Southern Poland) and extended our construction services with Jakub Jędrys as new Head of Project Management. We continue our successful partnership with Deka Immobilien that instructed us to lease another seven of their office buildings. We also provided tenant representation services to our Client in the largest in recent months lease transaction in Służewiec.
