• Blackstone on the acquisition of the Polish portfolio constituting part of a portfolio of 24 logistics centres from Goodman. It was one of the largest European real estate transactions of 2017;
• CBRE Global Investors on the sale of its CEE retail portfolio for over EUR 600 million. It was one of the largest real estate deals in the region in 2017;
• CBRE Global Investors on the sale of Wars Sawa Junior Shopping Centre in Warsaw to Atrium Real Estate for over EUR 300 million;
• Hillwood on the acquisition and development of a built-to-suit logistics project for a leading European e-commerce operator;
• Kulczyk Holdings on the disposal of Warta Tower to Globalworth Poland;
• Prologis on the acquisition of a large area of development land in central Poland;
• Hillwood on the acquisition and development of a built-to-suit logistics project for BMW and further financing;
• EPF (Kwasa) on the acquisition of Gdański Business Center C & D buildings from HB Reavis.

• Capital Park (a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with Patron Capital being the major shareholder) on the ArtN office-retail scheme in the centre of Warsaw (including redevelopment of the former Norblin factory);
• Golub GetHouse on the construction of Mennica Legacy Towers in Warsaw, a class "A" office development in the centre of Warsaw;
• Polskie LNG S.A. on an approx. EUR 700 million project aimed at developing the first LNG Terminal in Świnoujście, which will enable the off-take of natural gas in order to increase the energy security of Poland.
