Among the transactions concluded during last year the following should receive a special recognition:
• PKO Bank Polski as the sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided a EUR 54 mln construction loan for the development of an Amazon fulfilment centre in Okmiany, near Legnica, Poland. This was the next Amazon warehouse development financed by PKO Bank Polski after the Kołbaskowo fulfilment centre near Szczecin”
• PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided EUR 61,5 mln financing for construction of 145.000 sqm warehouse complex, part of the Central European Logistics HUB developed by Panattoni, anchored by Smyk and Media Expert
• PKO Bank Polski acting as sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided an investment facility of EUR 186 mln to EPP for refinancing of Galeria Echo in Kielce and O3 Business Campus in Kraków.
