The current portfolio of the company includes 11 completed facilities and 3 under construction. Since its beginning of the business operation in 2007, the company has built a recognised, national brand and it has become the leading developer of modern, convenience shopping centres, as well as integrated retail and transport centres. The chain of Dekada shopping centres includes facilities with their surface ranging from a few to several thousand square metres. They are usually located in the city and town centres, in immediate proximity to bus and railway stations or the largest housing estates. In each case, Dekada offers modern architecture integrated into an urban layout, a combination of transport, commercial and service functions in one consistent facility, as well as a convenient access which ensures comfortable and fast shopping.
