Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa is with BSJP since 2005 and became a partner in 2007, leading our banking & finance team. Katarzyna is a renowned B&F and real estate law specialist with extensive expertise in both. Focused on project finance, real estate finance and loan collaterals, she advises international real estate funds, investment companies, heavyweight banks and industrial enterprises. She is author of publications on insolvency and restrcuturing. In July she became a member of INSOL Europe.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2017 and September 2018
BSJP advised on a €137m planned extension of a shopping mall in Tricity; handled 3 shopping centres (Kraków, Łodź, Toruń) in one €74m real estate purchase transaction; advised a global e-commerce leader on the financing of a €67.5m warehouse purchase. Other portfolio highlights include: advice on a €49.6m purchase deal related to shopping centres in Gdańsk and Łódz; a €43m acquisition of the Proximo office building in Warsaw’s financial district; a €27m purchase of office buildings located in Warsaw's city centre; another €23.6m office deal in Warsaw.
Participation in development projects between October 2017 and September 2018
BSJP advised a leading manufacturer of wire solutions on legal issues connected with the construction of a production plant in Poland. The estimated value of the investment volume amounts to at least €15m. We also advised a German company from the automotive sector on legal issues connected with the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Świdnica, the transaction worth approx. €15m, whereas the developed facility is to count more than 27,000 square meters. Previously, the firm's lawyers advised the company on the construction of its plant in Zielona Góra, launched in 2017.
