A perfect place for implementation of such initiatives is the belonging to IMMOFINANZ EMPARK office complex, and the flagship project conducted already for four years in this place is Warszawa Business Run. On that special occasion, IMMOFINANZ cooperates and co-organizes it closely together with the Polish Business Run Foundation.
Poland Business Run is the largest charity relay run taking place in the largest Polish cities. Its idea is to help people after amputations and those with locomotor disabilities. EMPARK in which the Warsaw edition of the run took place for already four years, fits perfectly to the idea of the event and its name, as this particular office complex is associated strongly as the first ever Warsaw business center.
On the day of the event the square between the buildings turns into runners village, where everything happens. You can find there the start, and finish line, big official stage, special zones for deposit, massages, kids play or gastronomic offer for runners.
IMMOFINANZ cooperation within the project includes also a strong promotional campaign dedicated to EMPARK’s tenants employees, which starts months before the actual event. Throughout a poster and social media campaign IMMOFINANZ wants them to feel like hosts of the special event, and encourage them to sign up as teams (promoting at the same time the healthy lifestyle) or as volunteers to help during the run.
Additionally this year, the general promotional campaign of WBR which was also supported by IMMOFINANZ, included also a lightening promotion on the Warsaw Spire tower, acquired by the company this year.
However what counts most are the results of the event, and how much, thanks to our involvement, we managed to collect for Foundation’s beneficiaries. Only in 2019 edition EMPARK welcomed 3.990 runners, and over PLN 310.000 has been collected from the entry fees. Thanks to the runners and the collected funds several beneficiaries of the foundation will become a great support that is needed for them to be able to continue to live like everyone else does.
