From 1999 to 2006 Tomasz was working for Royal Ahold, ultimately as Vice President Real Estate Ahold Central Europe, being responsible for all real estate activities of Ahold in Central Europe. Tomasz joined ACTEEUM in October 2006. From January 2007 till September 2009 he acted as Country Managing Director Turkey, being responsible for all ACTEEUM development and shopping center management activities in Turkey. As of September 2009 he is Regional Managing Director for ACTEEUM Central Europe.

Present for nearly 8 years on the polish market Acteeum invests and develops shopping centers of dominant characters in the cities and the regions, 95-100% leased, well communicated with the city, destinated for a commercial success. Acteeum remains an important player in retail development in the retail development market at the same time establishing a strong position in a residential development and investment market. Acteeum offers to develop, manage and invest alongside the investor. Examples are cooperation with Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited, Immofinanz AG, CBRE Global Investors, BPI Polska, Van der Vorm Vastgoed, Meinl European Land, Corio.
