RE practice is co-headed by Jakub Ziółek and Krzysztof Marzyński, both partners having over 12 years of experience. Jakub is a transactional lawyer supervising projects for RE clients (investment transactions, financing and corporate re-organizations). He is recognized by international ratings. Krzysztof has built up experience advising clients on various legal matters, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, management, financing and restructuring. Previously he worked for Dentons.

• French investor on the disposal of its two shopping malls in Poland
• Hungarian investment fund throughout the whole transaction regarding the acquisition of the “Suwałki Plaza” shopping mall
• French capital group on the acquisition of land in the heart of Warsaw
• US investment group on the acquisition of agricultural land being part of a warehouse investment
• Spanish developer on a transaction concerning the sale of office property located in Warsaw
Participation in development projects between October 2016 and September 2017
The Crido Legal team has participated in development projects and provided its services for:
• Developer seated in Cracow on the construction of three office buildings with the total area over 65,000 sq. m. Our services included preparing the general contractor agreement for the entire investment and negotiating the lease agreements.
• One of the main national league soccer clubs in Poland on developing a youth football academy in order to further establish its status in Poland and secure this for the years to follow. Crido Legal provides full and complex legal advisory services in respect to this project, including assistance with agreements related to the construction process.
