The complex is equipped with suspended ceilings, tilt windows with shutters, state-of-the-art HVAC and telecommunications systems, backup power source and full access control. This makes it possible to arrange the office space freely for back-office operations or for research or laboratory use.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
Among many features, the complex has an underground bicycle parking with showers and a dedicated bicycle elevator, and four-pipe air-conditioning system with a humidifier that guarantees air humidity at the level of at least 40%.
Technical innovations
University Business Park has a Building Management System (BMS), access control system, CCTV monitoring, local temperature control and two independent power supply sources. It also guarantees maximum daylight access thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that can be easily opened if needed.
