Description of the office in terms of their functionality and the optimisation of the office space The new Sollers office is located in the center of Warsaw, at the Koszykowa Street . Due to this kind of location this place has perfect connections, like direct access to the metro, tram and buses.
During the creation process of our new office we considered many factors, but location was one of the most important choice factors in terms of easy acess.
The office is located in a completely modernized space of a seven-floors building. Koszykowa 54 Trade Center is all together 10,800 m2 of modern and functional usable area with representative reception, provided with access control and 24/7 security.
At the office building as well as near it are located a lot of various restaurants, shops, pubs or cafes.
The new Sollers office is a modern and at the same time cozy space, that has 1500 m2. Rooms have been designed by using Scandinavian style, characterized by simplicity and innovation and Eco friendly solutions at the same time. The office is equipped with the newest audio-video systems and other facilities, which should improve and provide comfort of working. Interior and equipment of new space in Sollers is a standard, which Google or Apple would not be ashamed of.
Workplaces are equipped with among others: electrically adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs imported from Japan and soundproofing and sound deadening panels. Moreover, for employees, who work on external projects and who are rarely in the Warsaw office, the whole office has prepared additional workplaces like “hot desks” and personal lockers.
To facilitate communication and work within teams, which are in different locations, there are “media walls” prepared, consisting of the newest touchable monitors, cameras and walls with the white board function.
Meetings are scheduled in 7 conference rooms with the possibility of reserving by tablets. Each room is equipped with 70-inch monitor and audio systems. Moreover, there are available interactive boards (eBeam), for working between several remote locations.
In Sollers are also places conducive to creative work (Concept Room, Focus Room) and chill out areas with special „Chill out Rooms”, equipped with game consoles, but also a library, a room with table soccer, a room for mother and child, spacious kitchens, which look like cafes, swings and comfortable poufs spread throughout the office space.
We cared about rooms and locations that would be suited for both an informal atmosphere, which we want to maintain and characteristics of work. We wanted to create a friendly environment, combined with innovate and at the same time eco solutions.
The new office is first of all, the perfect comfort for working, eco-friendly, conscious for a healthy lifestyle and meets the needs for employees. Facilities, which is what the new Sollers office has is a high standard, which responds to the needs of the young generation.
