Maciej Runkiewicz has been involved in the construction sector since 1995. Since 2001, he has been working for Kajima, a Japanese general contractor specializing in large-size buildings. He has gone through all career levels here, first as a Project Director in charge of construction of production facilities. Currently, as the President of the Company’s Management Board, he leads its over 180 employees and is fully accountable for the overall business of Kajima Poland.

We are experts in expanding operational facilities without disrupting their production or logistics processes. Our extensive portfolio features over 160 projects for leading Polish and international brands. Committed to sustainability, Kajima Poland adheres to strict ESG principles, reflected in our EcoVadis Silver Medal and ISO 14001:2015 certification. We joined the UN Global Compact in 2022 and have been members of PLGBC since 2021. Additionally, we support the “Builder for the Young Engineers” program, fostering the next generation of engineers.
