JLL’s P&DS worked on Landlord side on 400k+ sqm assets portfolios for CPI, CAImmo, Macquarie, Tristan Capital Partners and Globalworth. Contributing to the conclusion of Lease agreements with Tenants for a lease value of 50+ mio EUR with 10+mio EUR CAPEX.
