The DC4 building at Prologis Park Wrocław III provides modern warehouse space on a total area of 50,000 m2. This strategically located logistics park, near the capital of Lower Silesia, is adjacent to the airport, which operates direct flights to Warsaw, Frankfurt, Vienna, Copenhagen and Munich. The western ring road of Wrocław city center – the A8 highway – runs alongside the park. Like all new Prologis buildings, DC4 will be BREEAM accredited.
BTS for Ziehl-Abegg is a leader in the development and production of ventilation, control and drive technologies. The company leased 17,000 square meters in a brand-new Build-To-Suit space at Prologis Park Łódź, creating 400 jobs.
