As part of the Industrial Services Hub platform, it provides comprehensive services for the industrial sector, including: property and asset management, building and project consultancy as well as investment, strategic and ESG advisory, thus being a one stop shop for its clients.

One of the largest transactions advised by Savills between July 2022 and June 2023, which present Industrial Services Hub comprehensive approach was representation of Fortaco Group in the lease of more than 34,000 sq m of warehouse space in Panattoni’s BTS warehouse in Knurów. The scope of services included leasing advisory as well as representation of the tenant in the process of obtaining a positive decision from the Katowicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A. on using special state aid in the form of an income tax exemption.
