Griffin, being the most active and innovative investor in the region, together with its partners has introduced the first Poland’s residential-for-rent platform – Resi4Rent, which is the largest private company offering subscription-based apartments in Poland, with 4,100 units in operation, 3,400 units under construction, and approximately 3,000 apartments at an advanced permitting stage and coming online in the next 18-24 months an occupancy rate of 99%.
Griffin's portfolio also includes Life Spot, which offers affordable apartments for rent in mid-sized and large cities across Poland, presently operating in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia and Wrocław, aiming at 10,000 units under management within 3-4 years.

Future plans
Across the platforms that Griffin is developing in the PRS segment: Resi4Rent and LifeSpot it is planned to achieve the number of 20,000 units under management within 3-4 years.
Resi4Rent is currently having 138 700 sqm PUM under construction within 10 projects.
LifeSpot is currently having approx. 1000 units under construction.
Being an active investor, the company is also analysing other possible investments in the sector.
