LifeSpot was established in Q3 2021 by Griffin Capital Partners and Ares Management Corporation. Griffin Capital Partners, with extensive experience in the PRS sector, acts as co-owner and asset manager.
Since its founding, the company has been rapidly expanding its portfolio – approx. two years since its inception it operates 1,362 units in Warsaw, Gdynia, Wroclaw and Lodz, with a further 1,781 units under construction, and 2,448 units in pre-development stage, which are expected to become operational within the next 1.5-3 years. Thanks to high-quality apartments, rental levels in almost all buildings remain at around 100%.
