Vertigo Property Group was launched in 2008 and since that time it has been active on the Warsaw commercial estate market, gaining a significant share on the market and building its position in the real estate industry. Since its beginning the basic field of the company’s activity is brokerage and advisory in the provision of leasing and selling of office space, mostly within Warsaw city area. Vertigo Property Group is a solely Polish company set up in 2008. Since the beginning of its activity the company has been dynamically enlarging the portfolio of its clients and the number of its transactions, both in terms of their number and the square metres leased. Working under the motto ‘think globally, act locally’, - it tries to combine international standard of excellence and professionalism in real estate advisory, with a flexibility and the in-depth market knowledge of a smaller property broker. As a local boutique agency it provides services not only for small Polish companies but also for international corporations like Vattenfall, Western Union, Hapaq-Lloyd or Adidas.
