Company profile The Westbridge Advisory Group (Westbridge) is a pan-European energy and sustainability advisor in the real estate industry. It offers smart metering, energy purchasing and optimization of energy procurement as well as consulting on sustainable operations management. Westbridge's service portfolio also includes digitalizing natural gas and electricity purchases, integrating e-mobility in buildings, supporting sustainability certification processes, and implementing water conservation and waste disposal savings at property and portfolio level.
Westbridge was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2015. As a result of its merger with peer Argentus, completed at the beginning of 2022, and the takeover of agradblue, the Westbridge Group is now the first provider to offer a fully comprehensive range of services to the industry. With around 170 sustainability specialists at its locations in Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Warsaw and Zurich, Westbridge aims to support clients in creating sustainable, future-proof and profitable real estate assets

Key projects your company worked on between July 2022 and June 2023 Our major reference project is AXA. In this as well as the previous year we conducted energy audits in 105 assets covering 1,1 million squaremeters. We identified 720 measures.
Our approach is here on portfolio as well as on asset level. Of course the asset team is provided with a asset report which is presented to the team. But all measures and findings are aggregated on portfolio level as well, in order to inform the Risk & Portfolio management.
In parallel a BREEAM in use certification was conducted in all these assets in order to evaluate the status and potential of other building sustainability aspects.
